Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not do with the service. Part of our Terms of Service.
Purpose
This policy lists conduct that is not allowed on the service. It forms part of our Terms of Service (/legal/terms). Breaking it can lead to suspension or termination.
You may not
Use the service for anything illegal or to infringe others' rights. Specifically, you may not:
- Break the law or help others do so, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Upload malware, or probe, scan, or attempt to breach security or access controls.
- Disrupt the service — denial-of-service, excessive automated load, or circumventing rate limits and quotas.
- Scrape or harvest data without permission, or reverse-engineer the service except where the law allows.
- Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, or content that endangers minors.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or use the service to defraud.
- Resell or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted.
- Run crypto-mining or other workloads that abuse compute, storage, or bandwidth beyond ordinary product use.
- Store or transmit other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or use the service to build tools for mass surveillance.
- Evade a suspension or ban (e.g. by creating new accounts).
Reporting abuse
If you see a violation, report it to [abuse@your-saas.com]. We investigate reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.
Enforcement
We may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
